STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS

Our standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx unless otherwise specified. All goods will be shipped F.O.B., Brea, California.

• UPS/FedEx Ground - Regular delivery speed, shipping times vary by destination. Please contact our customer service reps for details, or go to www.ups.com or www.fedex.com for transit time.

  • 2 Day
  • Next Day - Three delivery times:
    • Next Day A.M. - Delivers before 8 a.m.
    • Next Day - Delivers before 10 a.m.
    • Next Day Saver - Delivers before 5 p.m.

SHIPPING TURN-AROUND TIME

We guarantee shipping within 3 business days.

For UPS/FedEx Ground shipments:
  Orders placed before 12 p.m. PST - ship on third business day or earlier
  Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST - ship on fourth business day or earlier

For UPS/FedEx Air shipments:
  Order placed before 1 p.m. PST - ship on the same day
  Order placed after 1 p.m. PST - ship next day or earlier

For future ship dates, please specify the dates the shipment is to go out. (Take into account the ground shipping time for accurate delivery date.)

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING METHODS

On orders with 15 cases or more, you can designate trucking companies to ship your merchandise. Please provide the following information:

• Trucking Company Name
• Address
• Telephone and Fax Numbers
• Your Account Number (If applicable)
• Shipping Method

Note: Shipments via designated trucking companies are on Freight Collect Basis only.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS TO A P.O. BOX & MILITARY ADDRESSES

Shipping to P.O.Box, we offer two alternatives:

• FedEx Smart Post
• UPS Sure Post
