If you are a retailer, and want to set up a wholesale account, please fill out the online wholesale application form to set up your account. Upon approval, you will be eligible to place orders and access our online ordering system.

For Domestic Customers

   A copy of your valid Sellers Permit or Tax I.D. needs to be uploaded 

   Resellers registered in the State of California will require submission of the following form: BOE-230 

For Canadian Customers

   A copy of your valid Certificate of Business Number (CBN) needs to be uploaded

For International Customers

   A copy of your Business License, such as EORI, VAT, ABN, ... needs to be uploaded

Once the form is submitted successfully, you'll set an email notification about your application status.
