Pleaser USA, Inc. offers several catalogs that feature products from our 4 brands of products. To filter out end users who don't have legitimate businesses, we require a copy of your Resale License as well as a $50 fully reimbursable charge, which will be counted as credit on your first order.

The one time charge is payable by Money Order or Credit Card.

Please submit the following items:
1. A copy of your resale license 
2. A completed copy of the Catalog Request Form

If you choose to pay by credit card, also submit:
3. A completed copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form 
4. A copy of the front and back of your credit card 

International

If you are located outside of U.S., there is a $80 fully reimbursable charge which helps filtering out end users who don't have legitimate businesses. This charge will be counted as credit on your first order.

The one-time charge is payable by:
- All major credit cards 
- Wire Transfer
Note: Any bank charges regarding international payment methods such as wire transfers/cashiers checks to Pleaser USA will be at customer's cost.
- Cashier's Check

Please submit the following items:
1. A completed copy of the Catalog Request Form 
If you choose to use the credit card, also submit:
2. A completed copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form 
3. A copy of the front and back of your credit card 
4. A copy of the 1st page of your most recent credit card statement (for verification).
Canadian Customer please also submit: 
5. A copy of your Certificate of Business Number (CBN)
