- We'll ensure that you'll have a pleasant buying experience with us, that every one of you will be treated with utmost respect, courtesy and appreciation in the process.

- We'll deliver you consistently quality products that build confidence and loyalty with your customers.

- We'll ship your goods within three (3) business days of receipt within the continental U.S. and Canada, and within five (5) business days internationally.

- We'll stand behind our products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement of goods within one (1) business day within the continental U.S. and Canada.

- If a shipping error (such as wrong style, color or size) occurs as a result of our mistake, we'll ship you a replacement within one (1) business day within the continental U.S. and Canada upon your notification.

- If you have an inquiry regarding your account or our shipping and inventory status, we'll respond to you within the same business day.

- If you feel that we are not performing to the expected standards in any aspect of our products or service, we welcome your ideas that will help us improve and will acknowledge them promptly.
